Built 2010. TOTEM is a 165’8” (50.5m) motor yacht built by Heesen, with accommodation for up to ten guests in five well-appointed cabins. Her layout includes a full-beam Owner’s suite on the main deck with a private study, along with two double cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck—each with ensuite bathrooms and a consistent design approach throughout. The interior, designed by Mojo Stumer Architects, feels open and composed, with a layout that encourages easy movement between spaces. Materials are modern but subtle, with natural textures and a neutral palette used throughout. Large windows bring in soft light, giving the main salon a calm, welcoming tone. Updated furnishings add to the comfort without distracting from the overall clarity of design. The skylounge opens to the aft bridge deck, where a dining table and sofa bed create space for meals or quiet time outdoors. Above, the sundeck includes a forward-facing Jacuzzi, wide sunpads, and a luminous, enclosed gym with air conditioning. At the water’s edge, a beach club and swim platform create a comfortable connection to the sea.
