Who we are

Elite Rentals Europe ("we", "us") is the trading name of ELITE FIRST CLASS YACHTS L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Dubai Marina Yacht Club, Moon Tower, Showroom 7, Dubai, UAE. Trade Licence No. 1035253 · Commercial Registration No. 1683188 · Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry No. 402539. We are a yacht charter brokerage. We arrange yacht charters between clients and independent yacht owners, operators and central agencies ("Operators"). We act as a broker: we do not own or operate the yachts on this site, and the charter itself is performed by the Operator under the Operator's charter agreement. Where we describe a yacht as part of "our fleet", we mean a yacht we are able to charter to you through the operator that runs it.

Quotes and availability

All prices, yachts and itineraries shown on our website or communicated by our team are indicative and subject to availability and final confirmation by the Operator. A charter is confirmed only once the Operator's charter agreement is signed and the required payment has been made. Unless stated otherwise, charter rates exclude VAT, fuel and Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), which are charged per the charter agreement.

Booking and payment

Charter contracts are concluded directly between you and the Operator, and you pay the Operator directly under that contract. Elite Rentals Europe does not hold, receive or handle client charter funds and does not operate a client account: your money never passes through us. Crewed weekly charters typically run on MYBA terms. Before you sign we tell you in writing who the contracting Operator is, which account the funds go to, and what the payment schedule is. If anyone ever asks you to send charter funds to Elite Rentals Europe rather than to the named Operator, treat it as a warning sign and call us on the number published on this site before paying anything.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rebooking conditions are governed by the Operator's charter agreement for your booking. We will help you navigate any change or cancellation, but we cannot override the Operator's terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (group size, dates, special requirements), for your party complying with the captain's instructions and applicable laws on board, and for arriving with valid travel documents. Day charters in most Mediterranean jurisdictions are limited to 12 guests per vessel regardless of vessel size.

Liability

We arrange charters with reasonable skill and care. As broker we are not liable for the acts or omissions of Operators, crew, or third parties, nor for events outside our reasonable control (weather, port authority decisions, technical failure of the vessel). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Communication

By contacting us via WhatsApp, email or our website you agree that we may respond and follow up about your inquiry through those channels. We do not send marketing without consent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Who writes to you, and where software is used

Every message you receive from us is written and sent by a person. No chatbot or AI assistant talks to you, on WhatsApp, email or anywhere else. We do use software, including AI, behind the scenes: to read the details of your enquiry, to search the fleet against them, and to build and update the personal selection page we send you. That software never writes to you and never answers on our behalf. If we ever change this, we will say so here and in the chat before it applies to you, and you will always be able to ask to deal only with a person.

Intellectual property

Content on this website (text, imagery, branding) belongs to us or is used with permission of Operators and may not be reproduced without consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes relating to our brokerage services are subject to the courts of Dubai. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer: if you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. Your charter itself is governed by the Operator's charter agreement, which may specify a different governing law; we will tell you which before you sign.
