Why these two facts unlock everything
Dates turn "do you have yachts" into "these three are free for you". Availability is the entire game; without a date nobody can check it. A range works fine: "any day that week" is a great answer, and per the last minute guide it actually improves your options.
Group size filters the fleet instantly, because capacity is a legal number. Say the honest count including the maybes; twelve is a common licensing line, and knowing you are nine versus thirteen changes the entire shortlist.
The upgrades, in order of value
- Budget, stated plainly. It is not gauche, it is coordinates. "Around 4,000 total" gets you the best boats at 4,000 instead of a polite fishing expedition.
- The occasion. Birthday, proposal, company day: it changes the crew we pick, per the events guide.
