What a charter broker actually does for you

Most people have never used a charter broker and quietly wonder what the point is. Fair question. Here is the job, described the way we actually do it.

One contact, the whole Mediterranean

You save one number. Whether the trip is Malta in June, Croatia in August or the Riviera for a birthday, you message the same person, and options come back to you the same day in season, from the people who actually run the boats. No new research project per destination, no seventeen open tabs, no form that answers in four days.

Verification, the invisible half of the job

The internet is full of boats that look available and are not, photos from three refits ago, and prices that grow 40% between the listing and the invoice. Before a boat reaches your shortlist we have checked that she is real, actually free on your dates, and priced at the number the operator will actually sign. The fastest way to lose a client forever is to sell a boat that was never available; the discipline that prevents it is most of what you are hiring.

Fit, not inventory

Anyone can send you twenty links. The job is sending three that fit: the group, the occasion, the 3pm answer from the group size guide, the budget you actually said. Sometimes that means recommending the 1,500 euro boat to the client with the 8,500 euro budget, because it is the right boat for that day. Discernment is the product; the boat is the delivery.

The unglamorous parts

Contracts read line by line before you see them. Payment schedules explained in plain words. The all in number computed before you commit. A plan B when the wind argues with plan A. Someone to call who answers, before, during and after the charter. None of it photographs well, all of it is why the day goes right.

What it costs you

The rate is the operator's rate; our commission sits inside the industry standard structure on the boat's side. You do not pay more for having one number that answers, which is why almost everyone who charters more than once ends up using one. Start the conversation on the contact page, or read how booking works first.

Tell us the date and the number of guests

We come back the same day in season with what is actually free, the all in number and the terms. Save the number and use it for any destination after this one.
