Breakthrough is the 118.8 metre Feadship that rewrote the rulebook when she delivered in 2025, the first superyacht in the world able to run on liquid hydrogen. Her fuel cells let her sit at anchor or cruise near the coast in complete silence with water as the only emission, backed by a diesel electric plant with twin ABB pods and a 6,500 nautical mile range. Twelve guests are looked after by a crew of 46 across seven decks and 7,247 gross tons, led by an owner's apartment over two levels with its own office, gym and dressing rooms, then four VIP suites and a run of further doubles. The 8.2 metre pool has a glass floor that doubles as a skylight over the beach club, the Nemo lounge puts a glass walled salon below the waterline, and the spa moves from sauna and hammam to cold plunge, caldarium and a salon with hairdresser. Fourteen fold out balconies, seven opening sea platforms, an RYA approved water sports centre and two serious tenders handle the days on the water.
